Why I do this
Communications cannot solve every problem.
But it can help people see the problem, understand what is at stake, and start working towards answers.
I start with questions
That is why I ask questions. Who are we not hearing? What are we assuming? What are people actually seeing, feeling or missing?
A good question can expose a gap, change a narrative or open a different way into a problem.
I use communications to take that question further — through writing, strategy, or something people can actually experience and use.

How I Think
What are we missing?
The most useful question is often the one nobody has asked yet.
Make sense of the context
Data and signals matter.
So do culture, behaviour, power and the assumptions behind them
Make it useful
An insight should go somewhere — into a story, a strategy, a tool or an experience people can engage with.
